100' by 100' Street running display, November 2020
Charles Malinowski won first place with his display showing the corner of Superior Street and IN-32 in Lebanon during the early 70's. The display featured a diesel switcher pulling a transfer caboose.
Dan Hinel took second place with his display of a busy city street where a track mobile is driving down the street with two children literally running behind it making for the most literal definition of "Street Running."
Daniel Banks trollied into third place with a trolley scene that has a young boy getting off the trolley as grandma waves from the porch and grandpa walks out to meet him. This scene played out many times with a bus instead of the trolley for the modeler with this fond childhood memory.
