Phillip is just beginning his term as the Paymaster slot which is the treasurer of the organization. Phillip helps with all the financial dealings for the CID. His accounting efforts keep the CID Board members informed about current income and spending.

Historian
The Chief Clerk of the CID / NMRA is the secretary and also serves as Historian. Precilla records the actions at each Board of Directors meeting, notifies the membership about meetings and similar events, and keeps track of changes in the guidelines and policies.
